Fancy Burlap

I took the time to curl my hair and the compliments came all day! Kyle loved it and said it reminded him of when I curled my hair in HS…I can’t remember that far back, but apparently it made an impression on him. I guess it’s something to do with soft touchable hair that he liked.

It’s important for me to have goals to work towards…or else I do nothing.

I am on a reading kick. I have read three books in less than two weeks. Something about this time of year makes me want to stay inside reading, knitting,watching movies, and getting fluffy.

So far I have read two of the five books in the Redemption series by Karen Kingsbury. I had a rough day and did not get to make it to the library in time to check out the next book. So I sit here….dreaming in my head about the next book and what happens. oh the joy of reading.

So I did what any other married woman of my age would do.. I called my dad. My dad is here for me whenever I need him. So my dad took care of the situation and I was happily on my way with a full belly(In the south everything revolves around food..Even car maintenance)

I ate dinner at my parents last night:

me: this cheese dip is good

bitz:yep…(chip almost in her mouth)….IS THAT MY NECKLACE?

me:(of course it’s her necklace) IS THAT MY NECKLACE?

If I were to buy some things from old navy I would definatly get this or this to layer with…and I got these because they are a perfect fit for skinny jeans…for me.
